ArtWORK West partners with leading artists to present workshops that are unique compared to others that are currently available in the Taos area. The classes are designed to appeal to art students who do not wish to take a full week class. They are also structured to address the needs of both the novice artist as well as the experienced professional. All classes provide a variety of opportunities to interact with the instructor, fellow students and the Taos art community.
The ArtWORK West facility in Taos is located in a rural setting with great views. It is a residence where social events are held and it has a large bright studio.
Each class is comprised of individual class sessions, usually scheduled in the mornings and afternoons on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each course begins with an organizational reception on the evening of arrival and, when possible, an informal class dinner and/or a private gallery reception are also included. The cost of classes does not include model fees, if any, and discounts explained on the registration form may apply as well.
